Delivery and Returns
We aim to dispatch your items within two days, subject to item availability, although we will usually dispatch on the day of receipt.
We use Royal Mail Recorded delivery for most U.K. postal addresses. This usually arrives within two days, but can sometimes take longer, it is not a guaranteed delivery service, and we cannot confirm the date of delivery. For your convenience you can arrange delivery to any postal address.You may need to sign for the parcel.
If you are not a home the postman should leave a card through the door to inform you. The parcel must be collected by a certain date, otherwise it is returned to us .
U.K. DELIVERY CHARGES
All orders over the value of £25 will go Royal Mail Signed for , recorded delivery . This is approximately a two day service .All other orders will be sent Royal Mail first class post .
UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES!
Our standard delivery charge is £3.95
We have a small order charge, particularly suitable for dolls and clothes and accessories, for orders up to £14.00 this costs £2.00, and despatch remains first class post.This is for U.K. post only , and is not applicable for Southern Ireland.

EUROPE DELIVERY CHARGES
Costs for overseas deliveries are calculated by weight, a parcel up to 1kg in weight will cost £5.95, if the package is heavier than this it will show the total amount of postage as you process your purchases.
Major cities in Europe should allow at least 5 days for delivery once the order has been placed and confirmed as shipped.
We use Royal Mail International "signed for "and Royal Mail "parcel force" for our overseas deliveries. The parcel will have full insurance and proof of posting.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY CHARGES
For orders within the USA and Rest of world, parcels generally take 7-9 days, although it may take up to 14 days until arrival. The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties payable within their own country. It is our understanding that at present within the USA, any gift item under $100 is free of customs duties
We charge £9.00 for airmail delivery up to 1kg, if the package does weigh more than 1kg we will add any extra postal charges when the order is being processed, and this will be detailed as you process your payment.

Returns Policy
Whilst we are sure that you will be delighted with your Frilly Lily purchases, there may be a situation, where the item is no longer required or appropriate. We are happy to fully refund your purchase within 14 days subject to our terms and conditions.Please contact us prior to returning items , as if you require an exchange we can advise you of the postage costs required for the resending.

Use a trusted and assured parcel delivery service and make sure that postage is fully paid.
Items must be returned in their original condition, this means that the item is unworn and as new,and we request that all labels and tags remain attached, along with all the original packaging.
On receipt of your return, we will send you an e mail to confirm that your debit / credit card has been refunded.

Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
