Delivery and Returns
We aim to dispatch your items within two days, subject to item availability, although we will usually dispatch on the day of receipt.
We use Royal Mail First Class Tracked Delivery for all U.K. postal addresses. This usually arrives within two days, but can sometimes take longer, it is not a guaranteed delivery service, and we cannot confirm the date of delivery. For your convenience you can arrange delivery to any postal address.
If you are not a home the postman should leave a card through the door to inform you. The parcel must be collected by a certain date, otherwise it is returned to us, in this situation we do not refund the shipping charge, and we charge to resend the parcel.
U.K. DELIVERY CHARGES
Due to the Industrial action promised by Royal Mail , for the immediate future , all orders over the value of £15 will go via Parcelforce . This is a two day service ,that will not be affected by any strike action , so customers will be assured of their packages arriving safely !

We have a small order charge, particularly suitable for dolls and clothes and accessories, for orders up to £15.00 this costs £2.00, and despatch remains first class post.

EUROPE DELIVERY CHARGES
Costs for overseas deliveries are calculated by weight, a parcel up to 1kg in weight will cost £5.95, if the package is heavier than this it will show the total amount of postage as you process your purchases.
Major cities in Europe should allow at least 5 days for delivery once the order has been placed and confirmed as shipped.
We use Royal Mail International "signed for "and Royal Mail "parcel force" for our overseas deliveries. The parcel will have full insurance and proof of posting.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY CHARGES
For orders within the USA and Rest of world, parcels generally take 7-9 days, although it may take up to 14 days until arrival. The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties payable within their own country. It is our understanding that at present within the USA, any gift item under $100 is free of customs duties
We charge £7.00 for airmail delivery up to 1kg, if the package does weigh more than 1kg we will add any extra postal charges when the order is being processed, and this will be detailed as you process your payment.

Returns Policy
Whilst we are sure that you will be delighted with your Frilly Lily purchases, there may be a situation, where the item is no longer required or appropriate. We are happy to refund your purchase within14 days subject to our terms and conditions.

Use a trusted and assured parcel delivery service and make sure that postage is fully paid.
Items must be returned in their original condition, this means that the item is unworn and as new, all labels and tags remain attached, along with all the original packaging.
On receipt of your return, we will send you an e mail to confirm that your debit / credit card has been refunded.
Unfortunately Frilly Lily cannot refund postal charges for unwanted items, nor can we reimburse postage and shipping costs incurred by returning an unwanted item.
